She has over 12 years’ professional experience as an account executive and client portfolio manager.

Since 2023, she has been working for an international bank as an administrative assistant. She provides administrative and logistical support while ensuring that documents are compliant and of high quality.

Before joining the Bank, Mangida worked in the private sector, particularly in finance, insurance and ticketing. In her previous role, she was involved in implementing plans to improve procedures for managing administrative tasks and streamlining the customer portfolio. Mangida is fluent in French and English.

Mangida joined us last year and immediately wanted to contribute to the development of Afro-descendant talent by joining our Welcome Committee.

She delighted our guests with her easy manner, her open-mindedness, her warm welcome and her availability. 👌🏽✨🌟⭐

Having previously worked for multinationals Upfield (on Blue Band and Rama) and Les Fromageries BEL (on La Vache Qui Rit), Maureen now holds the position of Senior Brand Manager at Nada Oil West Africa, a local palm oil refinery, of course on the Nada table oil brand.

She has been with MENTOR AFRO since the beginning of our adventure to build Afro-descendant talent, and she helped us with communication.

She was happy to take on the role of reception and decoration manager. With her fairy-like hands, she and her team were able to create a warm welcome and a pleasant venue for the evening.

I trained her in personal development about 5 years ago, and since then she’s been personally accompanying me on the MENTOR AFRO project.

She is fluently bilingual (French-English) and holds an engineering degree in logistics and transport from the INPHB. She worked in procurement and customer service before becoming a software engineer. 😊

📣Here’s our Patrick KOFFI.✨⭐He’s a Project Manager at Société Générale Côte d’Ivoire.

He is a member of the MentorAfro community and head of the logistics committee. He was one of the first people to spontaneously join our team to organise #LaNuitDeLafroExcellence in 2023.

Patrick and his team made sure that In TIME and In FULL had everything we needed for an epic evening. 👌🏽

He even got his shirt wet when, 3 hours before the event, we were caught in the rain. He spontaneously ran with another member of his committee to our Star/Photo Wall, which was outside, to move and protect it. Yes, he got drenched by the rain so that we could allow the guests to have some great photos around 6pm.

Patrick is an AfroExcellent ready to get his hand in the mud to plant beautiful flowers that everyone will appreciate.

Meet our very own Yssouf DOUMBIA ⭐✨. He began his career at TotalEnergies 5 years ago, including 2 years in the Young Graduate programme (1 year in Côte d’Ivoire managing digital projects and 1 year as an expatriate in Gabon as Trade Marketing Manager). He then spent 1 year as LPG activity manager for the service station network, and for 2 years now he has been a B2B sales engineer.

Émile is one of the people who spontaneously fell down in the heavy rain to save our star wall at #LaNuitDeLafroExcellence 2023.

For #LaNuitDeLafroExcellence, in 2023, she helped us design the evening and was a panellist on the theme: “How to bounce back after being shattered by your child’s autism diagnosis”.👌🏽👏🏽 💡💡🔊🔊it’s worth noting that Johanna helped set up Mentor Afro by working on the brand platform . I’m particularly proud of her as she brilliantly replaced me at BHCI where she helped relaunch the bank and for this great career she’s building. Meet our Mibasha Boly-N’Konond. ⭐✨ She is a director who dares ☺. That’s why, after obtaining her Master 2 at ESCA (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d’Abidjan) and some experience in marketing (marketing analyst and product manager) in multinational companies in Côte d’Ivoire and elsewhere (GE, L’Oréal, Les Fromageries BEL), she decided to redirect her career towards her passion in audiovisual. For nearly 4 years now, she has been producing and directing corporate films, advertisements, corporate series and, more recently, feature films (for example, the feature film IVANNA, released in Burkina Faso, which she co-directed and which is being screened at the ISTC and nominated at various festivals in Africa).

She’s been a member of the MentorAfro community since the start of this great adventure, and she personally helped me define an editorial line and create content. 👌🏽🙏🏽⭐

For #LaNuitDeLafroExcellencé in 2023, she said to me, “Elder, I’m going to offer MentorAfro a recap film ‘à ma sauce’ for the event…” and she came to the event in work clothes with her equipment and her team. ❤ I’ll be sharing the results of your work soon. 😊😊😊
